I am Hollie Miller, a copywriter based in Glasgow. I have a passion for writing and focus on providing engaging content for our clients at bloomtide; one of the UK’s leading creative agencies.

I began my career as an in-house web copywriter, before moving agency side to work on national ad campaigns. This experience pushed me to test the water in the daunting world of freelance employment, which was an education in being my own boss and running numbers.

During this time I also initiated a project with friend and creative hero Stevie Marshall, to develop a free promotional platform for those working in Scotland’s digital industry. In June 2010 we launched Folio14: An Online Compendium of Digital Creative Talent In Scotland. It has been well received and continues to grow in strength and reputation.

I moved back in-house for a brief stint managing an e-commerce platform for Hewlett-Packard before the invitation was extended to join the team at bloomtide. It feels like I’ve found the shoe that fits and I hope to contribute in my role here permanently.
